- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Many younger people may not know that the road that the clinic sits upon was named after Holdenville's beloved Dr. Royce McDougal. Dr. McDougal always teased that because I was premature, I had cheated him out of a duck hunting trip. Though he hadn't seen me since I was a baby, when I went to his office and presented him with a wodden duck lure, he immediately grinned and called me by name.
